The Bioglycolic® Oily Skin Cleansing Gel works through the keratolytic action of glycolic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that loosens the bonds between dead skin cells and penetrates deep into the follicle to dislodge trapped oil, debris, and congestion. This deep follicular cleansing action helps unclog pores and reduce the surface buildup that contributes to shine and breakouts.
