Some types of eczema are best treated with prescription medication. But it is just as important to avoid your triggers, scratch as little as possible, reduce stress and eat a balanced diet. For cleansing, a pH-neutral soap is the best choice.

In addition, moisturising products are particularly suitable for caring for eczema-prone skin. Products with omega oils calm and protect eczema-prone skin. It is better to skip scrubs and use an enzyme exfoliant instead, which gently removes dead skin cells. If you use make-up, make sure it is free from fragrance, essential oils, alcohol and silicones.
