Not satisfied with a product or is the packaging damaged? No problem! You can easily register your return online, and we’ll ensure a suitable solution. Here are the key points:

  • You can register a return up to 14 days after receiving your order.
  • We will refund the purchase amount and the shipping costs of the original order.
  • You will receive the refund or replacement products within 14 days after we have received your return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • The order number and/or invoice number of your order.
  • The products you wish to return.
  • (Optional) The reason for returning the products.

Once your return request is processed, we will send you further return instructions via email.

Steps to follow:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions email.
  • Always keep your Track & Trace code for the return shipment so we can assist you better if needed!

We’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to returning products:

  • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • The packaging must remain intact and undamaged.
  • The item(s) must include the original labels and/or stickers.
  • You have had the item(s) for no more than 14 days.
  • You bear the risk of the return shipment in case it gets lost.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCEPTIONS

Not all products can be returned, even within 14 days. The following exceptions apply:

  • Products that have been opened and/or used.
  • Products that are damaged or broken due to reasons beyond our responsibility.
  • Products with severely damaged or broken packaging.

For hygiene and health reasons, items that have been opened and/or used cannot be returned. We strongly recommend carefully checking the packaging before opening it to ensure you have received the correct product. Additionally, verify the ingredient list for any allergens you may be sensitive to before use.
