At Beautyfashionshop, we do everything we can to ship your order quickly, carefully, and with attention to detail. Whether you choose home delivery or pickup at a collection point, we make sure your products reach you as soon as possible. On this page, you will find everything you need to know about our shipping costs, delivery times, and the different delivery options available, so you always know exactly what to expect.

The Netherlands and Belgium

For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship your order with DPD. Shipping costs depend on the total value of your order:

• Orders over €50: free shipping

• Orders under €50: €5.95 shipping fee

Pickup Point Delivery

Have your order delivered to a DHL, DPD, or PostNL pickup point — affordable and convenient, whenever it suits you. Shipping costs depend on the total value of your order:

• Orders over €50: free shipping

• Orders under €50: only €4.95 shipping fee

International Shipping

For delivery to other European countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Ordered before 5:00 PM, shipped the same day

• Products that are in stock in our warehouse are shipped on the same business day when ordered before 5:00 PM.
• For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery usually takes place 1 business day later.

Not currently in stock?

• If we need to order a product from our supplier first, the average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. If the delivery time of a product is unexpectedly longer, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

Want to make sure an item is in stock?

• Feel free to contact us — we will gladly check it for you right away.

You will always receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a Track & Trace link, as soon as your parcel has been packed and handed over to the courier.

Would you prefer to collect your order instead of having it delivered? No problem. We offer several flexible pickup options.

Pickup at a service point

You can have your order delivered to a DPD, PostNL, or DHL pickup point — ideal if you are not at home during the day, want to choose your own pickup time, and save on shipping costs.

During checkout, we automatically show the nearest pickup locations based on your address, so you can easily choose the one that suits you best.

• Orders over €50: free pickup

• Orders under €50: €4.95 shipping fee

Are you at work during the day, or is it difficult to receive a parcel at home? You can also have your Beautyfashionshop order delivered to your workplace or another business address.

Tips for smooth delivery to a business address

• Clearly mention the company name and, if applicable, the department or contact person in the delivery address
• Make sure the reception desk or front office is aware of the delivery
• Please keep the company’s opening hours in mind, as couriers usually deliver during the day

Please note: once the parcel has been delivered to the specified address and signed for, the delivery is considered completed.

You will always receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier. This email also includes a Track & Trace link, so you can easily follow your parcel.

This way, you will always know the status of your delivery, wherever you are.

No problem. If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a note or send you an email with the next steps.

The Track & Trace link will also be updated, so you can see exactly what happened:

• Has it been taken to a pickup point?

• You can always find the latest updates on the carrier’s tracking page.
