    Austria.

  • Shipping costs for orders below €50 are €7.95. For orders between €50 and €100, shipping costs are €4.95. Shipping is free for orders above €100. This applies to:

    France, Hungary, Portugal.

  • Shipping costs for orders below €50 are €9.95. For orders between €50 and €100, shipping costs are €6.95. Shipping is free for orders above €100. This applies to:

    Finland, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom.

+ DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
  • You do not need an account to place an order on Beautyfashionshop.
  • You can place an order as a guest.
  • However, having an account offers benefits, such as earning Beauty Points that can be redeemed for discounts.
+ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
  • Orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
  • If a product is out of stock, we will order it from the supplier on the same day.
  • The product will be sent to you as soon as possible.
  • This may take a few days.
+ WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?
  • The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided as soon as the order has been shipped.
+ HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Newsletter Giftset

  • Add the gift set to your shopping cart.
  • Enter the corresponding discount code on the checkout page.
  • Click on "Apply Discount Code".
  • The gift set amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
  • It is not possible to apply multiple discount codes.

General Discount Codes

  • Enter the discount code on the checkout page.
  • Click on "Apply Discount Code".
  • The discount will automatically be deducted from the total.
  • It is not possible to apply multiple discount codes.
+ CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply a discount code after completing the order.
  • This applies to all discount codes, including newsletter and gift codes.
+ WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
  • Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver orders to a PO box.
  • If the billing address differs from the shipping address, uncheck the "Billing and shipping addresses are the same" box at checkout.
  • Then fill in the desired billing address.
+ WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
  • You can change the delivery details via the delivery service.
  • We recommend having your order delivered to a pickup point.
  • If you do not collect your order within the pickup point’s collection period, it will automatically be returned to us.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your returned order.
  • You will receive your refund within 7 working days.
+ I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
  • Within a few minutes of completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email.
  • If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
+ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been confirmed and paid.
  • To cancel your order, please contact customer service.
  • Orders that have already been confirmed and/or paid cannot be canceled.
  • If you still want to cancel, wait for the delivery and refuse the package upon arrival.
  • The courier will return the order to us free of charge.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the returned order.
  • You will receive your refund within 7 working days.
+ WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
  • If you are not home, the order may be delivered to your neighbors, a pickup point, or a new delivery time may be proposed.
  • The courier will notify you of the delivery status.
+ HOW DOES DELIVERY TO NEIGHBORS WORK?
  • If you are not home during delivery, the order may be delivered to your neighbors.
  • The neighbors will sign for receipt.
  • You will receive a notification from the courier about the delivery.
+ WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping date and Track & Trace details.
  • Use the Track & Trace details to check the location of your package.
  • If your order is not delivered, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to locate your order.
+ HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
  • Go to returns to register your return.
  • Note: You may be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
