The skin on your lips is thin and has almost no natural oil film, so it loses moisture quickly. Wind, cold, air conditioning and central heating can leave your lips dry, chapped and rough within a single day. The Declaré Moisture Lip Balm from the Special Care line nourishes lips with rich plant oils and butters, holds moisture in place and adds a soft, natural shimmer at the same time. Like every Declaré product, this balm contains the SRC™ complex and is formulated for sensitive skin.

How it works

Ricinus Communis (castor oil) and Cocos Nucifera (coconut oil) form a caring film that counteracts dryness and keeps lips supple. Butyrospermum Parkii (shea butter) nourishes intensively and softens rough patches, while Cera Alba (beeswax) and carnauba wax keep that protective layer stable in wind and cold. Tocopherol (vitamin E) and sunflower seed oil support the care, and mica provides the subtle, lightly shimmering glow. The SRC™ complex from Declaré helps to lower the reactivity of sensitive skin and supports the skin barrier.

Texture and use in your routine

The stick glides on smoothly without feeling sticky; the balm is lightly fragranced and leaves a fine, transparent shine. Apply it as often as you like: in the morning as a base under lipstick, during the day whenever it is cold or the air is dry, and in the evening in a slightly more generous layer as a final care step. It combines well with other Declaré care, for example a day or night cream from Hydro Balance or Vital Balance and an eye product from the Eye Contour line. Do not use it on open, cracked areas; wait until the skin has recovered.

Can I use the balm under lipstick?

Absolutely. Apply a thin layer in the morning, let it settle briefly and then apply your lipstick. Lips feel smoother, so colour adheres more evenly.

How long does the pack last?

You only twist the stick up a small amount and sweep it across the lip in one movement. With daily use, the 15 ml pack therefore usually lasts many weeks to months.
