Sea minerals and trace elements from Maris Aqua (sea water) give tired skin new energy and help counter visible signs of stress and fatigue, such as redness. Algae and seaweed extracts including Padina Pavonica, Laminaria Digitata and Chondrus Crispus boost cell activity and support elasticity. Sodium Hyaluronate binds moisture in the upper skin layers for 24-hour hydration, while squalane, shea butter, jojoba oil and ceramide NP care for the barrier and leave the skin remarkably smooth and soft. Ectoin helps protect the skin against environmental influences.

Texture and how to use it in your routine

The texture is soft and creamy, absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy film; the cream has a light, fresh fragrance. Apply Ocean's Best morning and/or evening after cleansing and after your serum if you use one. During the day it makes a comfortable base under make-up; for extra protection, apply your sun protection afterwards. Within the Hydro Balance line, Ocean's Best pairs well with a cleansing milk or gel from Soft Cleansing, a hydrating toner and a moisturising serum. For daytime care with light sun protection, you can alternate with Hydroforce Plus SPF 15.
