A dull or uneven complexion, redness showing through, fine lines that become more noticeable as the day goes on: sometimes skin needs a little more than an ordinary day cream, but not a heavy foundation. The Declaré CC Cream SPF 30 from the Hydro Balance line combines skincare, colour correction and sun protection in a single step. Its medium coverage corrects irregularities and mattifies, while the skin receives long-lasting moisture. Like every Declaré product, the formula contains the SRC™ complex (Sensitivity Reducing Complex), which lowers the skin's reactivity and strengthens the skin barrier. Dermatologically tested on sensitive skin.

How it works

Fine colour pigments (including CI 77891 and iron oxides) neutralise redness and dullness and instantly give a healthier looking complexion. A broad UV filter system with Ethylhexyl Triazone and Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine protects against daily UV exposure, helping to counteract premature skin ageing, dark spots and the formation of wrinkles. Saccharide Isomerate and glycerin bind moisture in the upper skin layers, Ectoin supports the skin against external influences and tocopherol (vitamin E) has an antioxidant effect. Silica creates the powdery, matte finish.

Texture and use in your routine

The texture is light and creamy with a powdery, matte finish and slightly more coverage than a classic BB cream. Apply in the morning to cleansed skin, directly after your serum. Combine it, for example, with a cleanser from the Soft Cleansing line and a hydrating serum or moisturiser from Hydro Balance, such as Hydroforce. In the evening, choose a nourishing night cream without colour. For prolonged sun exposure, use a separate sun protection product as well.

Can I wear make-up on top?

You can. Let the CC cream settle briefly, then apply concealer or powder if you wish. In many cases the medium coverage is enough on its own.

Application

Use the CC Cream in the morning on a thoroughly cleansed face and neck. After your serum, apply a small, pea-sized amount and blend it evenly from the centre outwards, up to the hairline and over the jawline. Allow it to settle briefly before applying make-up if desired. For prolonged exposure to the sun, use a separate sun protection product in addition.

An immediately more even, fresher complexion: redness and dullness are less noticeable and the skin looks matte without appearing masked.
