Its two layers – one water-based, one oil-based – work together so every type of eye make-up lifts away without scrubbing, including lipstick and stage make-up. The formula contains no surfactants, emulsifiers or alcohol, suits all skin types and is also suitable for contact lens wearers.

How it works

Shake well and the two phases combine briefly into a light emulsion. The oil phase (including Paraffinum Liquidum, Isohexadecane and Dicaprylyl Ether) dissolves oil-based and water-resistant pigments, while the water phase carries the loosened make-up away. Panthenol soothes and comforts the delicate eye area, and Sodium Hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) binds moisture so the skin does not dry out. Like every Declaré product, this lotion contains the SRC™ complex, which lowers skin reactivity and supports the skin barrier. Dermatologically tested on sensitive skin.

Texture and use in your routine

The fluid, lightly tinted lotion does not feel greasy and leaves a thin, caring film behind; rinsing is not necessary. Use it as the first step of your evening routine, before cleansing your face.
