Take one tablet after each meal (morning, noon and evening). Contains caffeine (34 mg per 3 tablets). Not recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor in case of gastric ulcers, heart conditions or hyperthyroidism. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
