The Vamp! Eye Pencil owes its smooth, controlled application to a wax-based formula combining carnauba wax, synthetic wax, and ethylene/propylene copolymer. These film-forming waxes create a flexible yet adherent layer that bonds firmly to the delicate skin around the eyes, locking intense pigment in place and resisting moisture, sebum, and sweat.

Trimethylsiloxysilicate and silicone-derived emollients like hydrogenated polyisobutene ensure the pencil glides on with minimal friction while maintaining a crease-resistant finish.
