UPVOTED Soak Off Gelpolish uses a photo-initiator formula that activates when exposed to LED or UV light. Step 1: Prep nails as usual. Step 2: Apply a thin layer of UPVOTED Soak Off Base Gel and cure. Step 3: Apply #144 Color Palette and cure (60 sec LED / 2 min UV).
