Step 1: Prep nails as usual. Step 2: Apply UPVOTED Soak Off Base Gel. Step 3: Apply a dark gel polish colour and cure. Step 4: Apply one layer of UPVOTED #284 Moonlit Magic — do not cure yet. Step 5: Use the double-sided magnet to create the cat eye design, then cure (60 sec LED / 2 min UV). Step 6: Seal with UPVOTED Top Gel and allow to cool for 60 seconds.
