Step 1: Prep nails as usual. Step 2: Apply UPVOTED Soak Off Base Gel. Step 3: Apply a dark gel polish colour and cure. Step 4: Apply one layer of UPVOTED Cat Eye #004 Birman — do not cure yet. Step 5: Use the double-sided magnet to create your design, then cure for 60 sec. (LED) or 120 sec. (UV). Step 6: Finish with an UPVOTED Top of your choice.
