The Dippn' system works through a chemical reaction between the NailPerfect Sticky Base and the NailPerfect Activator. Prep the natural nail as usual. Apply Sticky Base, dip the nail into the powder and allow to absorb for 15 seconds. Remove excess powder. Repeat this step. Then apply a final layer of Sticky Base followed by two layers of Activator. Finish with a glossy or matte top coat of your choice.
