The KLAPP Xtreme Super Lipid Cream works by replenishing the skin's natural lipid barrier through a combination of plant-based oils, ceramides, and occlusive waxes. Sweet almond oil and Brazil nut seed oil are rich in essential fatty acids that mimic the skin's own lipids, helping to fill gaps in the barrier structure and prevent transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

Ceramide NP plays a key role in reinforcing the intercellular matrix of the stratum corneum, which is often depleted in dry and sensitive skin. Sodium lactate, a natural moisturising factor (NMF), draws water into the skin cells, while panthenol reduces inflammation and accelerates skin barrier repair.
