Operation

The Gelosophy formula by Astonishing Nails relies on photoinitiators that are activated upon exposure to UV or LED light. During curing, the monomers and oligomers within the polish form a dense, three-dimensional cross-linked structure that locks colour pigments firmly in place. This creates a chip-resistant, high-gloss finish that provides excellent protection for the natural nail. The self-levelling properties allow the formula to spread evenly across the nail plate, resulting in a smooth, brush-stroke-free layer.

Application

Prepare the nails and apply a base coat if desired. Apply a thin layer of Gelosophy #035 Wet Cement and cure under a UV/LED lamp (follow Astonishing Nails' lamp recommendations). Apply a second layer and cure again. Finish with a top coat for added gloss and durability.
