Operation
De Artdeco Pro Tip Brow Liner werkt via een gepatenteerde waterbasis met acrylaat-polymeren die zich onmiddellijk fixeren op je huid. Zodra je hem aanbrengt, polymeriseren de hars- en silica-deeltjes, wat zorgt voor een instant-droog, waterresistent finish. De ijzeroxyden en ferrocyaan-pigmenten zorgen voor intens, UV-stabiel zwart dat minstens 16 uur aanhield. Het silica-poeder versterkt de dekking en verbetert de precisie van de applicatie.
Application
